For almost two days I kept searching if bootsnbagsheaven.com was legit. Mixed reviews made me hesitate. Finally ordered anyway because I really liked one bag. Looking back, I worried for nothing. It arrived safely, looked exactly like the listing and the straps feel strong. It on two used short trips already. Friends even asked where I got it. Thanks for proving my doubts wrong.

My wife wanted a small leather backpack and I ended up ordering one here. She keeps using it for work and weekend trips. The zippers are solid , nothing feels cheap. I almost canceled after reading someone saying the site was fake but my experince was completly different. Happy I ignored that review.

Bought a backpack as a birthday gift for my brother. I wasn't sure if he'd like the color because photos can be misleading sometimes,but it actually looked even better in person. Packaging was neat, nothing damaged. He started using it the next day for work and said it's comfortable to carry. That was enough for me. Thanks!

I like the bag alot. Only thing is shipping felt little slow for my area. Everything else was good. Material feels durable and the size was exactly what i needed. 🙂

my wife keeps borrowing the bag i bought for myself 😄 so i guess thats a good sign. Looks nice, feels strong and arrived with no issues.

Good quality overall. One zipper felt little stiff the first day but after using it few times its fine now. Shipping could be faster,everythin else good.

came in good condition. I thought the leather would be a bit thicker, but after using it for several days it feels sturdy enough. Shipping took a little longer than i hoped.

I never got my order my package was never delivered

Package came safe. One small thread was sticking out on the strap but i cut it off and thats it. Nothing serious . Overall quality is very good for the price.

I ordered 2 sets of ponytails claws and only received 1. Very disappointed

I have not received my package yet, and it should’ve been here by now. On July 2 I ordered hair scrunchies and it’s now July 17 and no package!!!!! I feel like this was a scam!!
