All of our mugs are packaged in a cardboard box, and unfortunately, we can't send a mug without any packaging otherwise it was smash in transit. If you received the mug loose or without its box, we would certainly appreciate the opportunity to look into this further for you.

Just what we wanted.
VERY GOOD PIC WELL LOVE THEN STONE HENGE
I ordered one of these with a team photo on it as a gift for a colleague. Delighted with the result as was my colleague. Great product and good value.

This print on the mug was unclear, looked extremely cheap and very unprofessional. The faces were blended and the colours were not as the picture uploaded. This was a 65th birthday present for my mum and I got it delivered to her. I was extremely disappointed and embarrassed of how bad this image was.
