Unfortunately, the prints were creased. They were very high gloss, which means the creases were even more visible

Very good quality print
Boots Photo was pretty much the only place where I could find somewhere close to the size of print I wanted (30" x 20"). The ordering experience was strainghtforward and it arrived swiftly. The print itself was just what I wanted and it now sitting in it's frame ready for hanging. As a result I would be happy to use Boots Photo again in the future.

I am sorry to hear that you struggled while designing your order. We have certain sizes available, so if your image does not fit any of the sizes we offer, you may need to crop it or use our tools to select which part of the image you would like to be printed.

We sincerely apologise for any distress caused by one of our printing machines being temporarily out of order in our UK lab. We have been working diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we redirected our orders to our partner lab so they could be produced there and shipped back to us, although we understand that the situation is far from ideal.
