The specific paper type you had chosen is produced in Germany and is then sent over to our UK lab for sorting and shipping. Although we do not advertise this specific production location, as we have production labs all over Europe for various products, this is reflected in our estimated delivery times.
Although the postage fees have been refunded, we understand that this does not make up for the distress caused by not being able to gift this on Christmas, and for that, we sincerely apologise.

Good quality photobook; clear pictures, and 'soft' paper that allows for hand-written annotations using a biro. Avoid using fountain pen/any pens with runny ink - they will bleed on the soft paper.
Brilliant quality book with a good array of ways to set the memory book up. Using different fonts and page set ups was fairly easy.
Excellent quality. Worth taking care to size photos to best effect.
These little books hold more information and photos than what their small size might suggest, but make a great little present to friends or family, or yourself. Why not make up your own personalised library full of books which are useful and personal to you. You decide what photos/information/sizes/styles/colours to use and it is so much fun just giving your imagination and creativity free rein!

It's an amazing quality photo book. It's really easy to create as there are many options to choose from and you can write texts too which makes your photo book a really unique present.

I put my digital holiday photos into a 21cm x 21cm booklet, and it came out brilliantly. All the photos came out brightly, and the booklet slots onto my bookshelf tidily. Much better than leaving them on the phone or having a stack of photos to sift through
Very pretty book, using different background colours on the pages. Good quality paper.
