Awful customer service. I placed an order early July for a replacement backrest for the machine and I have still not received it. I’ve reached out numerous times and I got the same reply of “we will get it in 1-2 weeks” about 5 times over the course of several months. Then finally they said the product will arrive end of November. Now they are saying it’s on extended back order until December.
They already have my money. How is anyone supposed to trust this company?

I ordered the machine last year and had no problems at all. I've recently placed an order to add 2 more resistant bands - they have taken my money but have not sent me my order. I have contacted them multiple times via email and also on social media. NO RESPONSE ANYWHERE. They're EU support email address also does not work. What happened here? They manage to still show paid ads and post on their stories but where is the customer service!?

Scam - goods never received, no response from customer service emails or contact form

Ordered a bootysprout with extra band, paid $200. I have never recieved the product and customer service is terrible, I have been unable to reach anyone for a refund. Don't trust them, they are scammers.

They said they were backordered and that my item would be shipping in the next two weeks. They have been saying this for three months now. Hope I can get my money back.

Ordered on November 23rd. Purchased the BootySprout and additional 70lb resistance band. I had planned on purchasing more bands as I got stronger. The additional band I purchased never came. Sent multiple emails, tried to contact via Facebook and Instagram as well. No response to my multiple messages. No refund. No customer service to speak of. Would not recommend; do not purchase from this company.

Scam? Not recommending.

Takes ages for them to reply to your return request, and once they do, it take ages again to get another reply to proceed with return - then no one replies back.

I'm very disappointed with their costumer service. I order this item then the next day one came in. Turned out my sister ordered one. We don't need 2 of them. I sent a email explaining the situation, attached receipt order number and even a photo of the unopened box! I got a email the next day saying they would email me a return label. It's been over a week and nothing, my emails don't get responses and there is no contact number.

My product never came and never received my money back, had to open a dispute with my credit card.

No response from them, received it 2 weeks late, missing some parts and can not get through to them in Europe. It seems to be a great product but awful AWFUL customer service.

So glad I purchased bootysprout. The product is high quality and definitely feels like you are doing a great workout. 100% recommended.

Real shame. They do not respond to unless you are buying their product. I was bought 2 and have been trying to return my other product for weeks and they will not reply. But when I email asking for details about the product and to buy more resiatnce bands, I get a response. Real shame!
