First off as soon as you order you receive an automated friendly welcome email asking you to go and rate their site and they will give you 5% off your order with the link attached.
So all the great ratings they get are before the people received their order - so they can get 5% off.
A few days after I ordered I contacted customer service to ask if my order had been shipped or what was going on as I hadn't heard anything. I got a reply email saying it had shipped but unfortunately before they could get a tracking number for me. Which seemed very strange.
I asked them to call the shipping company and get the tracking number so I know where my item is. A couple days later they gave me a shipping number - however there are no detail when you track this number - just says shipped or in transit. No idea of where my package is.
It has been 3 weeks now and I still don't have the bathing suit I ordered.
These days most online orders are received in a couple days or 2 weeks maximum international. Over 3 weeks for a small package - and not being able to track where it is, is terrible service, in my opinion.

I have placed my order #BS17190 on 03 September 2018 and until today, 19 September 2018, I have not had any feedback from BootySwim - no tracking number or info on the status of my order.
