I very rarely write online reviews, but I am for Booze Free because I have been so impressed with them.

So far I have placed just one order with them. The order came the next day - which I was faster than I expected.

A few items from my order were not included as the delivery to their warehouse was late - but rather than hold up the rest of my order they shipped out what they did have in. A handwritten note explaining the situation was included, which I thought was excellent (I've had plenty of partial deliveries from other companies with no explanation at all!)

I then even had a phone call from them a few days later apologising for the delay and to say that the rest of the order should be with me at the start of the following week. Brilliant - I've never had such good customer service before. And the other items did indeed arrive on the following Tuesday.

I didn't do a price comparison with any other suppliers (as Booze Free were the only one selling a couple of particular items I was after) but the prices certainly seem to be about spot on to me.

There is no doubt that I will be ordering from them again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

In summary - very fast delivery and superb customer service.

Excellent service and variety of beers, dispatched on time. Only issue was to do with the delivery. The carrier split the delivery, between two drivers, with one turning up a day late. There had been heavy snow and Terry chased up the delivery, with rapid responses to my emails. The only improvement I could suggest would be a carrier with two hour delivery slots and if this costs more, then give the option to the customer to pay the difference.

I ordered on line after getting a phone call to confirm what I would like to purchase from Boozefree, it was delivered next day.

Boozefree are my go to suppliers of alcohol free drinks. There's a great range to choose from and value for money pricing. This company provides excellent service, including fast and efficient delivery. I highly recommend Boozefree!

Bought a great selection of AF beers from Booze Free. Ordered one day and half the delivery arrived the next day. I emailed Booze Free to see when the other half order would arrive. Terry called me straight back. He had been on to the delivery company who acknowledged the order had unfortunately been split and the remainder would be delivered the following day.
It was delivered the next day - all good. Great service from Booze Free and very proactive in sorting out my minor issue. Great AF beers too. Highly recommend.
