Don't waste your time and money
I ordered two pairs of jeans for my daughter from Macy's on August 28th. We live in Canada, so my order was placed through Borderfree (which I had no idea about before placing my order). I received an order confirmation from Borderfree and that was it. On September 03rd my card was charged and no shipment after that. I tried to reach out to Macy's customer service in September, they were not able to find my order either by order number or by my phone number. I will be able to dispute this credit card charge only after 30 days. Do not purchase anything through this company. It's just a scam.
Update: the next day after my review was posted, Borderline reached out to me for the order details. I provided them immediately, and nothing happened after that. No communication, no shipment.

Love shopping with borderfree

No customer service.
Placed an order through Macy's (Macys.com) charged me £49 for 5-day expedited delivery. 10-days gone by no news. BorderFree customer service is non-existent. Their website will point to Macy's being the supplier.
