What is bore ?
TL;DR: If you browsed to a bore.pub url, or you don't know much about the person that sent you this url, somebody is most likely scamming you.
Bore is a tool used to deploy a port, an application or a website quickly to the internet.
What that means is that anybody can put their website on bore.pub, and that it's mainly used by developers and designers (or people with bad intentions).
If a stranger sent you a link to this website, they are most likely scamming you.
However, if you are a developer, feel free to use bore for your local testing. It's a really good tool.
As such, I'd rate bore 5 stars, because it's really useful, but if you went there without knowing what to expect, somebody is scamming you, hence the 3 stars to mitigate it.
