I have been searching for quality traditional flat caps. The newsboy cap defines my personality. Finding a British made Harris Tweed cap was awesome! My Tay is high quality, fits perfect, brings a simple smile to my face when I put it on my head.

Excellent experience and outstanding customer service. I wanted a size that wasn’t in stock, so I emailed them and received a reply within an hour. True to their word, the size I wanted became available on the date they said it would. The quality of the product is excellent, and they offer a no-quibble returns policy if the hat doesn’t fit. Delivery was very quick.

What a brilliant company. The website is extremely easy to use and clear. The hat I ordered came quickly and securely. I decided that I would like one with a wider brim (the initial one they sent had a brim of 5.5cam at the front and back and 6cm at the sides) and so I wrote back and asked to change it. They said yes immediately, and send me the 7cm all-round hat I wanted. Free return, and free postage out again. Perfect. The customer service staff over the emails were clear, helpful, and friendly. I would recommend to anyone who wants a new Panama.

What a Fantastic hat, I've had a folding brisa before, but since Olney stopped producing them haven't, until now, found a decent one. when you look at the panama hats in the likes of Tesco, utter rubbish. But this one WOW! fast turnaround just 2 days from order to delivery, ina full sized box. as I ordered the travel tube was expecting it to be in this.

My daughter put me onto your company as a new Panama was required. It turned out to be inspired not only the quality of the hat but the helpful service getting it delivered next day was very helpful.

I bought a hat from the Signature range which was competitivly priced. A fine quality hat! The website is simple and accurate. What you see is what you get. The sales team are very helpful and have time to discuss the nuances of a hat. After all, buying a hat is quite personal. Delivery was quick too. Cannot recommend Borges and Scott highly enough

I cannot praise this company more for quality, service and friendly people. I’ve worn Panama hats for 20+ years. The latest one from B&S is absolutely fantastic - very light, perfect fit and looks and feels great.

I received the Harris Tweed Lomond cap in the coffee color yesterday, and I'm genuinely impressed. The fit is perfect, the craftsmanship top shelf, and the company, Borges & Scott, demonstrated impeccable customer service when my cap took longer than I expected to travel to my home in Hawaii. Though it had nothing to do with them and everything to do with the American postal service, Erika was in touch with me along the way to "hold my hand", so to speak, as I awaited delivery. That personal touch was reassuring in today's online impersonal marketplace. The quality of the workmanship and material are levels superior to a similar cap I have from another company. I look forward to wearing it in style at our Davidson Clan Association gathering this fall in Scotland at Tulloch Castle. Thank you Borges & Scott!

As I live in Bristol I can't comment on delivery, but having phoned first, I was made very welcome and a very nice lady made very sure that the Lewis Ribbon - Wide Brim Fedora was the right size for me. I now have an excellent hat to wear. I know it is a good one not only because it feels right but also people are more polite to me and ladies smile at me more. I would give 6 stars if I could. This is a well-made hat of high quality material, so much better than a chain-store fedora I already had for 60% of the Borges and Scott hat price.

Hat arrived crushed in a flimsy torn box from a Shopify/Amazon warehouse somewhere in Illinois. Wrote them yesterday with pictures of the damage. So far I have been ignored.

Initially happy with the product I hadn’t worn it, it fit well after adjusting the tie inside the brim. it went straight into a newly purchased Panama hat box for the plane as hand luggage and arrived in Dubai in perfect nick.

I wore it for an hour the first time and the fake leather band had broken off which was glued on and really poor quality for a £90 hat, it is not leather as described. I’ve emailed and not had a response about a replacement or refund, I won’t be spending money here again. Pretty poor considering the money spent and similar quality products being sold elsewhere at a much lesser cost, I thought I’d spend more to get a better quality product. I hope others have a better experience.

Bought a beautiful Safari Panama for my Dad to take away on his cruise. Many thanks to Erika for going above and beyond and getting the hat delivered in time for my his birthday.

I called into the shop (factory) in Bristol, a lovely lady (sorry I can't remember) showed me through to the style I wanted and meticulously helped me select my hat, and threw in some freebees to protect it. I've arrived home in New Zealand, unpacked & absolutely stoked with my Panama fedora hat and your amazing service 👏 Thank you!
