Very bad cleaning
Very bad cleaning, but most and for all, the control is a joke on the cleaning and broken items.it was the second time we did rent this house, because our family lives nearby and the sea is very close.
The mainrenaince of house and garden was dreadfull.
If you complain, your company is putting the world upside down, by acussing the client, insread of bornholmtours should do a proper job,Very arrogant.
We sent you some pictures, but it will not help to improve your service,if we compare with last year.

Very good experience of the house and…
Very good experience of the house and location. The only disadvantage was the toilet drainage - it often plugged despite normal use of it. Similar with shower. I presume the drainage system should be repaired. Also some blankets for colder nights to use outside would be nice to have at the place.

It was nice to have our holidays with Bornholmtours. The hut was OK, with all the equipment one needs to function. It might have been better if a possibility of getting Bornholm Tv with more exact weather forecasts were possible. As for the rest, it wasn't our first visit at Bornholm so most of the attractions offered by Bornholmtours had been known and appreciated by us. Anyhow, we do hope to comehere nex t year - the best place for the holidays in the world.
