I haven’t received yet my order. I have sent un email but no response.

I bought several items from Born living yoga and I can say that all of them are of excellent quality, nice fit. Good value for money. The orders arrived on time.

Shipping took a long time and some of the items I ordered had marks on them as if they had been worn already… I will try to wash them and hopefully get them clean 😳

I bought the Annapurna sports bra several months ago and liked it so much that I bought two more. It's the most comfortable sports bra I have ever owned. The wide straps give good support. The bra slips on and off easily, never bites, and comes in nice colors. I use it for daily wear, yoga, physical therapy, and am very happy with it.

I just love this apparel! Born is beautiful and feels good.
Use them for padel, gym, or a casual weekend walk :)

I ordered four items that unfortunately didn’t fit me. The return process is extremely strange: a courier is supposed to come to your home to collect the parcel with a return label. Of course, no one shows up or contacts you.

A link is provided in the return procedure email to print a label and drop the parcel at a pickup point. The link didn’t work — it took me a long time to realize that the period at the end of the sentence was accidentally included in the URL. If this happens to you, make sure to remove the final dot so you can access the link and print the label! I honestly don’t know what to do anymore!

But that’s not the end of the story. A week later, I started receiving emails saying that the brand still hadn’t received my return, that I was past the deadline, and that they would charge me for the items if they didn’t receive them. I have proof from GLS that the parcel was handed over, I send it to the customer service but it is nonexistent — none of my emails or calls have received any response. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore!

Never buy from them!

Very confortable 2 in 1 shorts. Still, a bit heavy and had some fabric defects… I opened the parcel and had some dark lines in the inside tight short, like it’s dirty. Washed them and still there… a brand new shorts with stains.

The clothes were great, but on trying to arrange a return from uk did not get support to do this, emails remain unanswered for days. I had to send back without following returns procedure and just hope I get a refund. Wouldn’t order again.

I placed an order on January 16. The parcel appears to have been shipped but then stopped in Madrid, where it has remained ever since, with no tracking updates.

I tried to contact the company via chat on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, without receiving any response. On Wednesday I also sent an email to their support address. On Thursday, I finally received chat replies — in Spanish, despite the fact that I had written in English — with unclear and irrelevant messages referring to “Black” returns and stating that they are unable to keep up with chat requests due to high demand.

A few points need to be made:
1. If a company cannot manage its live chat, it should be disabled.
2. If a customer support email address is provided, a minimum response time should be guaranteed. Not receiving any reply within 24 hours is unacceptable.

The issue is not the shipping time — I am perfectly willing to wait even a month. The real problem is the consistently absent customer service, and when it does respond, it is superficial, confusing, and rushed. Had I not purchased from this company before, I would have genuinely suspected a scam.

For this reason, I will never purchase again from a company that clearly does not understand the value of proper customer support.

I placed an order that arrived quickly, everything was very well packaged and handled with care. Of course, I loved all the products, always of very high quality.

I received a Born Living Yoga set as a Christmas gift. I usually wear size S on top and M on the bottom in all brands, which is what was purchased for me, but unfortunately it didn’t fit.

I contacted the brand to request a size exchange, not a refund, but they refused because the 30-day return period had passed, even though it was only a few days over and during the Christmas season most stores extend their return policy.

The lack of flexibility, poor after-sales service, and inaccurate sizing were very disappointing. I won’t recommend the brand or purchase from them again.

I didn’t received my package. Ordered on December 22, 2025. Today is January 4, 2026.

I really enjoy the quality of the items I ordered. I was really surprised by the thermic pants, super comfortable, just the waist should be adjustable. Loved the fitting and color of the top and leggings.

My package is lost

Î’m very upset , I was not able to pick up my order , the package is not at courrier nor at pick up point, despite many emails nobody can give me a correct answer , worth no réponse is given to me, it is a shame ! it is a Christmas gifs for a value of moré than 100 e withdrawn on my bank account , all is stuck from 3 déc 2025, i cannot but another gift because Îm not refund , this package is lost for sure , born living is responsible for the transport and related issue but they are not investigate futher …

I placed an order on November 29, and as of today, December 12, it has still not arrived. I contacted customer support and was told that they would “open a ticket,” but since then I haven’t received any further response. There is not even a tracking number available. This is particularly disappointing because I had previously tried your yoga sets through other retailers and had a positive experience. I sincerely hope that this order will arrive soon, or at least that customer support will provide me with an update.

I like the products of Born Living Yoga , but the return policy is very confusing . Did everything according there policy, the pickup didn’t happen, the QR code on my mobile I received wasn’t valid for the post office, then I printed the return label and this was accepted. But now I still receive reminders because this all took many days and they already sent my money back, don’t know what to do else.
