Born Pretty has incredible products. The quality is fabulous! If you have a question their customer service is knowledgeable and friendly.

Products in general are of pretty good quality, but the site layout could be updated to give customers a more clear idea of what is in stock or not, because out of stock products can sometimes show as listed until you try to add it to the cart. In terms of customer service, I have mixed feelings about how it's handled in given situations, although it may just depend on the person who is handling your case. Overall, the outcome is usually satisfactory and I will continue to shop here for my nail products.

The customer service is amazing and the products are affordable but amazing quality. I’ve never had a bad product from them. I had a shipping issue and they were ready to resolve it that same day. I will most definitely use them for all my nail related needs!

Most of your stock is not available. If a series of nail paints has 12 shades then only 3-4 are available.

Love the polish, i made my first purchase recently. Polish came in one piece, it was definitely well packaged.
Only reason im giving it a 4 star reviewed is because i wish the website was more cohesive on what's available and what isnt

I´ve purchase on BP several times. Shipping to México is not so fast. My deliveries take 5 to 6 weeks to arrive but I´ve always been happy with the products and prices. Everything is good quality and as advertised.

I have known this company for many years, it has always been at the forefront, it is the first to launch new products then after the others copy it, impeccable pakagim, fantastic excellent quality products.

Ordered Nov. 16. Got an email 3 weeks later saying it was delivered only to see it was delivered in MA and I'm across the country in CA. Reached out to customer service who resent it and I got it yesterday Jan 3. Really disappointed. Don't think I will take the chance and order again.

I have always loved born pretty, the goods are great reasonably priced and as expected, delivery however can be quick or take ages and I am disappointed that they have now introduced a minimum spend before delivery is free or pay $10 for shipping!!!

I never received the full coverage nail tips I ordered. No explanation

Great company. They give real rewards to itself on 6our next purchase. The gel polish is great, better than some I've used that cost double! I highly recommend them, not only for beginners but professional nail techs.

My experience with BornPretty has been nothing but amazing. Whenever ive had any issues their customer service has always been extremely helpful and patient. I have yet to be unsatisfied with them or any products, and ive ordered a lot!
