The initial call to report a problem was nicely handled and a date for an engineer’s visit was speedily arranged within a couple of days. The engineer fixed the machine and provided a report of the work done. What more can one ask?

Excellent service received
We were able to make an appointment on a Sunday morning for an engineer to come on Tuesday to look at our 4 month old dishwasher that had stopped working with an E31 error code. The engineer was able to sort out the problem in less than 30 mins and our dishwasher has worked fine since. What isn’t there to like in excellent service like this.
