Got a pair of Bose QC as a gift, just 9 months later the padding on the headphones has opened at the seam, showing the sponge on the inside, and it keeps opening more and more.
The page bose.es slash support is down, with no sign of getting fixed. Gaplasa, the distributor, doesn't answer calls, their customer support email address sends automated responds saying they don't do email anymore, and the people in the customer support chat in bose.com just redirect me to the aforementioned broken page.
Absolutely abysmal product and customer support from this company, especially for the money they charge for their products.
