Ordered from this site on June 30 - they made it look like a Birkenstock warehouse clearance sale - paid £33 plus £6 postage for some big buckle Birkenstocks and what came Is a pile of rubbish that fell apart in the first half an hour on my feet. The sole came straight off. Lesson learnt I guess, tried asking for a refund but doubt I’ll get one. Keep clear.
Tricked into believing this was a Birkenstock warehouse sale. Not true. Product is seriously bad. Money wasted. Do not trust.
A harsh lesson learned that if something seems too good to be true, it probably is! Two weeks passed, from order to delivery (from China, seemingly), and when the package arrived, it was in super scruffy packaging, shoes unboxed, and not Birkenstocks, just tatty imitations.
Attempts to reach the given customer service were fruitless.
Just a scam of a site, avoid at all costs.
