And Boshhh; it's GONE!

I’ve had a very mixed experience with Boshhh, and unfortunately, most of it leans heavily toward frustration. Let’s start with the app — because that’s where things immediately begin to fall apart. The app is, frankly, very poor. I’ve been told repeatedly that it’s “being updated” and that improvements are on the way. Yet month after month, nothing actually changes. No visible upgrades, no meaningful fixes, no new functionality. It feels like a permanent work-in-progress that never progresses.

The biggest irritation is the payment process. There is still no proper way to make payments through the app. Every single month, I have to manually contact Boshhh just so they can take a payment from me. In 2025, that’s honestly baffling. Automatic card payments are standard practice across virtually every mobile network. The fact that this isn’t implemented makes the service feel outdated and unnecessarily inconvenient. It shouldn’t require a back-and-forth just to pay a bill.

To be fair, the actual mobile service itself — when it was active — was straightforward and didn’t give me signal issues. From the moment of joining, the connection worked fine and I didn’t experience technical network problems. So credit where it’s due: the basic service functioned without drama. But that’s about where the positives end.

There are some serious limitations. For one, the team doesn’t work on weekends. If you have a problem on a Saturday, you’re simply waiting until Monday. That’s not ideal for something as essential as a phone service. Secondly, payments aren’t taken automatically, which, as mentioned, forces you to manually sort it every single time. It feels unnecessarily clunky.

The most disappointing restriction, though, is that you can’t send premium SMS messages. I like entering competitions each month, and that’s simply not possible. On top of that, you can’t call international numbers either. These are fairly standard features with most networks, so their absence makes Boshhh feel limited and restrictive.

What really pushed things into absurd territory was when I discovered — without any prior warning — that my service had been switched off. Completely. No heads-up, no notification. After contacting support, I was told they were no longer providing network services and were now focusing solely on credit report building. That was genuinely bizarre. A mobile network just… deciding it’s not a mobile network anymore? It felt chaotic and poorly managed.

Support during that time wasn’t particularly helpful either. The communication was minimal and the whole situation felt disorganised.

To be completely honest, Boshhh always felt a bit like a clown network. There were glimpses of something functional, but the overall execution was messy, inconsistent, and lacking basic features most customers expect as standard.

And as a final note — I had to re-add this review because Trustpilot removed my original one. Make of that what you will.

Overall, I can’t recommend Boshhh based on my experience. Too many limitations, too much inconvenience, and far too little clarity.

Scammers

If you put your bank/card details into their site at all, they will start charging you even if you dont agree to anything. You dont get anything, they just take money off you and make it really difficult to get back off them. Not to mention they're probably making interest off it while their customers get late payment charges because money wasnt in our banks when we expected it to be.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Total scam. They had 3 hooks into my bank account through open banking which meant they could keep taking money from my account. I have had to cancel my card also as they take money from you that way too.

Total scam

Total scam, was looking for a loan and was referred to this company for a loan. Paid 15p to verify my card and downloaded their app. Within a few seconds £27.99 taken from my bank account without consent. Tried to phone and email them but got nowhere. Went back onto the app which was a big mistake as another £29.85 left my account. Bank has now blocked them after refunding 1st payment. 2nd payment still pending and query raised. Any positive reviews are surely false, they are supposed to be regulated by the FCA but aren't. Total scum scammers.

Do not use this service

Do not use this service. They charge a £4 fee. And then gradually £19.99 each month. I was smart enough to check my statements. Even after I’ve completely deactivated my account money was still being taken from my account. Mind you this company has not once helped me in anyway so I don’t understand why money is being taken from my account. I’ve reported it but haven’t heard back.

Shame on you Boshhh

Shame on you Boshhh, had his lady keep calling me to sell me a contract, talking about how it would help credit. She was quite pushy, next thing you know the company has closed its sim/loan scheme without telling anyone. Also no news on what’s happening to the loan I guess effectively took out with them? I had no communications with them and next thing you know I am in the middle of nowhere with 0 signal, no prior communication as to why my sim wouldn’t work anymore and a number I cannot port back which I’ve had for donkeys years

Scammers

I was forwarded to "Boshhh" by a loan broker saying that I was "accepted" for a loan. I was presented with a completely false loan agreement which I fell for and entered my details. After that I was redirected to a page to say "download the app" and not received any email from them.

Next day they tried to take money out of my account which was declined as flagged as fraud by my bank. They DO NOT offer loans and offer no service that's considered useful. Stay away!

They are not regulated at all, their website displays completely false reviews. AVOID!
