This is one of my best jackets ever.

I have it for more than 10 years now and still looks like new.

Super happy to have discovered Bosideng after searching for the perfect Winter jacket!

Specialists in down with a near 50 year history gave me confidence they know what they are talking about. Thousands of stores in China but little known in the UK - the brand remains a real gem for those that discover it.

They have a flagship store just by Bond St station - which has 4 floors and endless choice of styles. Ultralight basics right the way through to jackets you could wear climbing Everest!
They even have a SnowRoom where you can try before you buy in an environment set to -15c.

All the team are super helpful, and definitely experts in their knowledge of down. After trying on many different styles - I settled on a Waterproof Trench with a down layer that can be removed - meaning all year round wear.

Definitely check them out and pop into the store if you get the chance!

I’m really impressed with the quality of the jacket I purchased from Bosideng. The materials feel premium, the design is both stylish and functional, and it kept me perfectly warm even in cold, windy weather.
Customer service was also outstanding – responsive, polite, and very helpful when I had a delivery question.

I bought a sun-protective jacket from Bosideng and I’m beyond satisfied! The service was excellent, the product is super comfortable and high quality, and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I am absolutely appalled at the jacket that I received. I ordered women's patterened long down coat with belt forth £324 pounds from Bosideng London. It was in an appaling state. I was so excited to open and did it with my colleagues. As soon as I opened it, I noted dirty black lines in the collar. I thought fine Ill request for an exchange. I came back home. I thought I'd try it for a fit check, then I found few more dirty spots. As I was unjipping the coat, I found a torn area. The nail in the coffin was the magenetic security tag that's still on the jacket. I do most of my shopping online these days, but I have never found such a state of clothing sent no less with a security tag. What level of carelessness is it? I wanted to put my trust in chinese brand. But this bitter experience has sealed my opinion on them forever and not in a nice way. I wish I could add some photos. I had initially done a request for an exchange but want to return it and never buy anything from this shop.

Excellent Service staff were very helpful and polite I visited the South Molton Street branch in London shop was very clean and presentable. I liked the idea of the cold room first time I have seen that in a shop interesting experience. Last I like to thank Steven, Farrah and Greg for outstanding service.

The shopping experience was excellent. Before making my choice, I received great advice which helped me make the purchase. I received the jacket in the US within two days, very quickly and efficiently. The size was perfect; I took the suggested measurements and it fit just right. I would recommend it and would definitely buy again.

Super coat and great delivery.

I like the decor very much, it is very clean and tidy, and the staff is very welcoming. The snow hut is perfect for fitting and photographing. High-quality materials and manufacturing processes ensure the warmth and durability of the down jacket.

Essentially no option to exchange or return for their online store. Shockingly slow response from customer service, only to be told eventually that there is no option to return my item.

I only give 4 stars because that my second time placed my order online. I received a out of stock notice for my first order which it’s show on stock online. I am so disappointed. However, I am glad that finally my second order was received and it’s looks so stylish. My kids like it.

I don't receive any updates from Bosideng about my order, contacted their customer service, no response.

Asked refund no reply, wil never buy again, give my money back!
