They deliver my furniture coming from Canada in 07/2022 and the 2 guys were so helpful,they helped in unpacking and putting everything in place , they were very friendly and professional I was very happy with the service.
Awful! Do not buy from this company! Have been trying to get a refund for my online purchase as It took over 16 days to arrive so I purchased another one in my local shop. No one is replying to my email and giving me any way to be able to get a refund for my product. VERY BAD
If I could, I would give 0 star. I bought a cheese handgrater mill called Boska Romano 3 days ago, washed it and tried it the same day with a small piece of very soft emmental cheese. After turning the handle twice it broke into two pieces, the handle simply fell off the cylinder. Never seen so poor quality, it cannot stand minimum pressure. Made in China of course. I used to have a French Moulinex grater mill but they do not sell them in Denmark where I live. Never heard of Boska before but will never ever buy this brand again.
Don't waste your money on Boska products! Boska does not follow through on their warranty or customer service! On August 6th I sent an email to Boska letting them know that the wooden handle on my cheese slicer had broken off. I received a quick reply saying they would get back to me in 1 business day. No reply! I have since sent several other emails, left a phone message and even called corporate headquarters in the Netherlands. Not one word! Their warranty says that their products are guaranteed for 10 years. It must be an inside joke. If you can reach them within the 10 years they'll think about honoring their warrant:-) Think about purchasing from another company before buying from Boska. Customer service is key and they clearly are not of that mindset. Very unfortunate!
