I bought the plan for a friend in Berlin. She received it within the slot chosen and in a nice textile basket (no plastic). The plan was in good condition and the vase was pretty. I’m pretty happy with the purchase.

UPDATE: After 1 day of writing this review I got an answer to my email, with very detailed recommendations for taking care of my plant. Thank you for that!

The delivery was very fast and when I received the plants they were beautiful. But I noticed the earth was very dry when I received them (it seemed the plants had been transplanted that day or a few days before and they hadn't been watered) so I watered that same day. But the next day some leaves of the biggest plant started turning yellow and getting dry. In the course of 2 weeks, I had to cut approx 10 leaves because they were dry or very yellow.
I watered the plant regularly but checking that the first 2cm of the earth was already dry, so as not to overwater it. And I was spraying them with water 2/3 times a day to add humidity. After 3/4 weeks the plant is a bit better, but I didn't receive any help from Bosque as to how to care for them. The app didn't work because it needs the last IOS software, the chat on messenger is a bot and it was answering all question with the same info (giving no info on watering) and after watching the care videos on their website I sent a message to their Instagram, as suggested on the videos, and they referred me to the email. I sent an email but still didn't get an answer.
So, plants and pots are beautiful. But I think they should water them before delivery because otherwise the shock of re-potting, transport, change of place, AND lack of water, becomes hard for the plants. And customer service after purchase is not so great as it seems.

Soil:
We pot our plants the same day or one day in advance. For potting we are using fresh biological soil which contains organic parts. Since we received some feedback that the soil has a "rural smell" we let the soil stand open in huge pots so the smell will disappear. Therefore the soil can be more dry than freshly out of the package, however there is no disadvantage for the plant.

When repotting a plant it is better to wait until the soil in the plant pot is dry. Only if plants stay with us for longer they will be watered in our storage. In most cases we receive them freshly watered from our grower anyways. Since the plant arrives at her new home the next or the same day we pot it, there is no need for us to water them. Moreover, earth can contain a third of its volume in water which adds a lot of weight to our plants which automatically causes more emissions while delivering the plants.

plants:
We know that the adjustment period of a plant after moving locations can be a stressful period for both the plant and the new plant parent. Since the plant has to adjust from the ideal habitat in a nursery to an apartment, the plant might drop a few old leaves (they will turn slowley but sureley yellow). This process is completely normal and helps the plant to recharge her batteries. However, even with the knowledge that this process is normal it is still hard to watch a plant struggle for some days adjusting to the new conditions. We are happy to hear that you managed this period well!

I ordered first Urban jungle box being…

I ordered first Urban jungle box being at home office with my husband. He loved it so much due to quality of the plants and the atmosphere, so we ordered 2 more, and now we are waiting for the Unkillable one.

Now we have a real urban jungle at home, it really makes us happy.

Best plants in town!

Healthy plants, super nice and well cured.
Cute pots, and great service.
Fast and punctual delivery, since i got to know them, i haven't bought plants from any other shop.
They also have an App, where you can ask for help or advises about the plants you bought.
Absolutely recommended!!! 🖤🪴🌿

Beautiful healthy plants and good delivery

I love my plant invasion! All the plants arrived safely, all of them were in great condition. Soil looks great too. Size wise all plant exactly the same I as expected them to be. Also app with instructions and tips where to place my green friends were very helpful.

Green Gifting At Its Best

A plant-loving relative recently moved to Berlin and (as a bit of a plant-snob myself) it wasn't not easy finding someone trusted to deliver great quality plants. Bosque's delivery was on time, the plants were in amazing condition and bigger than expected.

Cannot reccomend them highly enough.
(Their site is also optimised for translation, which was greatly appeciated by this South African)

Everything amazing

Beautiful plants and great service

Helpful customer service when I had questions about the boxes before ordering and the delivery came within an agreed half hour time a slot. The plants are beautiful and in amazing condition and the white pots are really nice. I’m also using the app which has lots of information to help care for them. I’m super happy with my plants and the whole Bosque offer, would recommend!

Beautiful but broken stems

My plants arrived on time and are gorgeous, but one of them (Ellie) had 4 broken stems which was disappointing especially given the high cost.
