I've been taking the supplements for a full month and I've noticed that my mood has been very consistent. No high highs or low lows.

After two weeks of taking the supplement I noticed a huge lift in my energy levels, I didn't feel tired and felt fresh when I woke up in the morning.
One thing I would suggest is take it after you have had some food. While the flavour is really nice I found it a bit strong for my stomach.
Other than that, it is really solid. I tried many different supplements and this was the only one where I saw a marked difference.
