After sending 2 emails with no response I phoned this company. Held on for 20 minutes to speak to a 'representative'. Could not hear a word he said! Total waste of my time. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. Still haven't received my goods.

Took my money in December for an order of 4 chairs, and it took 10 days for them to tell me they didn't even have the item, and it would be Feb before they could get them.

After 3 weeks of having my money, and still no delivery date, and after waiting on average 5 days for a response to emails, they have offered a tiny discount on the item that really doesn't make it worth the hassle / wait.

I still haven’t received my order. I’ve emailed several times and rang, they put me on hold and hung up twice. The customer service is shocking, Since I’ve been trying to ring back there’s been no answer. I would AVOID this company. Quick to take your money but when it comes to delivering your orders they are ridiculous.

Bought eight tulip chairs, which arrived within three days and quality was much much better than I expected. Easy to do business with.

Great product but poor communication & organisation so at one point I feared the worst.
The chair was in stock and on 5 days delivery so with 10 days notice I requested a particular deliver date as the chair was going to a poorly relatives and I'd needed to be there to manage it. I checked before driving the 120miles that it was on track for Friday delivery and was told it was. It turned out it was sent 2 days too late to make the agreed date, the tracking details I was given didn't allow me to follow it online, no-body answers the phone and emails can take a while to be returned. I ended up stopping the weekend and taking an extra day off work only to told it still wouldn't arrive till Tuesday, then it turned up unannounced on the Monday.
That said the chair is lovely, was well packaged and the delivery agents Cobley transport (when I got a number and could call them) were really helpful.
If BossLiving could up their comms and delivery they'd be really great to buy from!

Fantastic products, they got my items out to me quickly so I was very impressed. Always get complemented on my chairs when I have people over for dinner! Office staff very helpful!

Very poor communication, poor customer service. Sent incorrect item. Different colour to what is advertised. Avoid

I've been waiting nearly 4 months for a chair which apparently arrived in the UK 2 weeks ago so God knows where it is. I have also been waiting for a cabinet I ordered which should be only 2 weeks delivery.

"Didn't we mention we were moving warehouses?", was the response I was given when someone finally picked up the phone. "no you didn't and in any case, why would that cause a delay of over 6 weeks?"

Shocking service and non-existent comms. I can't comment on how good the products are as I've yet to receive them. I am a hair's breadth away from calling my credit card companies for a refund. Not happy at all.

3 weeks after my payment, the order is still not confirmed.
Several calls and mails, some without response.

Communicaton is terrible. Dont bother trying to ring i ordered on 11 august no further forward.

Update my order should arrive tomorrow we will see

I was dubious about buying due to previous reviews but loved the chairs so much it was worth risking. Glas I did.

There were some initial issues with my order. I paid by BACs and they clearly need some admin people as I had to chase my order but from there on in, no issues. A chair was damaged out of the 6 I ordered. My heart sank as I thought of the reviews but no issues and replaced with no drama.

When I ordered my dining chairs from this website I was dubious because of the comments left here already.
However the range of colours of the chair I wanted and the price range persuaded me to give them a try. I AM SO GLAD that I did!
The chairs are amazing and everybody that comes to my house always comments on how great they look.
Easy to assemble, and extremely fast shipping! I received my order within 2 working days!
Will definitely order again!
