Website lists a phone number which is a premium rate number which diverts to a voicemail stating that Boss Tyres does not take phone calls and to enquire via the Contact Form on their website. No reply received 3 days after my online enquiry. This appears to be a money making scan

After 2 weeks I contacted Boss tyres to find out where my tyres were. They informed me they had been lost and could send new ones out if I wanted but he failed again to confirm delivery dates. Avoid

Was very sceptical when I ordered as they were unbelievably cheap. 4 brand new Hankook commercial grade van tyres delivered for £20, £5 per tyre, too good to be true surely when the average cost is £65 per tyre. Throwing caution to the wind i placed my order using paypal and a credit card for more security. Cannot fault them, 6 days later 4 Brand new Hankook tyres arrived in the size i ordered and on time for a total of £20. Usually if something is too good to be true I avoid at all costs but this was a gamble that has definitely paid of for me. Even double checked what my credit card has been charged for. Many thanks.

AVOID - Bosstyres are a one-man band outfit run from the bedroom! Says it all, basically, they are just an online drop shipper AWFUL AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Poor poor customer service very limited response to emails. Bought a tyre in error have been trying to return since 7th of June now the 30th July. I missed pick up trying to rearrange but no response. Also my last review has disappeared from here. Beware

Would definitely recommend, tyres are excellent and came within a week.
I was a little worried about not having a contact number tho. And the. Confirmation email went through to my spam box so I didn’t know what was going on.
But once I found the emails and the DPD tracking number I was Content.
All in all a good experience AAA+

I have to apologize to Ryan from Bosstyres for a bad review I left for not getting any replies to my emails which was caused by the company's new return system delaying the whole process. Ordered wrong tyres, the company (Ryan) arranged return and pick up by DPD. Buying the right size from them again and buy again..

Little bit dubious at first as never brought tyres on web before and seems like a relatively new company but very pleased with price, communication and delivery. I was sent a dpd tracking link regarding delivery and all went well. I will be buying from them again.

4 Michelin Agilis Alpin tyres for my Camper van. Cheaper then anywhere I could find on the internet and £140 cheaper than lowest price I found with my local tyre fitters. I had them fitted for £30 so still £110 better off. Delivery took a week but I was aware it would be so had no issue with that. So if your not looking for next day delivery well worth considering

hi received tyres as ordered within five days, however a mistake on my part as had give wrong sizes.my mistake.
sent several emails over several days, using the email address given got nothing very frustrating.
I am now stuck with 4 expensive tyres that I can use or return, no phone number at all, disgraceful never use again buyer beware.

Good job, great prices, free delivery will order from boss tyres In the future.

My First order with Bosstyres 4x BF goodrich A/T - after reading other positive reviews. Tyres came from the Netherlands via Tracked DPD but it was worth the wait only 2-3 days and a massive price saving from any other seller on or off line so very pleased. I'm happy to recommend Boss tyres.

Used Boss for the fist time due to very competitive pricing. Delivery stated as 2-5 days and my order arrived on the 5th so all good. However be aware that Boss are a tyre broker run from a private residence with no actual stock holding or contact telephone number other than an email address. My tyres were shipped from Holland so I suspect that all orders are sourced from Europe therefor the tracking link that Boss provide will not show any order progress until the tyres arrive at DPD here in the UK which is the day prior to delivery. Nothing wrong with any of this providing that you are happy to hand over your money to such a business. I paid by PayPal so the purchase had the usual buyer protection.

When I first discovered BossTyres - I wasn't sure they were genuine as there wasn't much on them in terms of reviews. Their prices were also the cheapest for the tyres I wanted and they had them in stock whereas everywhere else didn't.

I called up the company and spoke with the owner and they are a new company - hence why I couldn't find much about them. Their service was brilliant and after ordering I had my tyres in a few days - flown all the way from Holland if I remember correctly.
