The worst online shopping experience

I had the worst online shopping experience ever on this website. Firstly, the product description on the website stated that the item would be delivered within one to three days, but six days after I placed my order, my item still hadn't shipped. So, I emailed to request a cancellation and a refund. The seller only responded to my first email when I initially purchased the item and then completely disappeared, not replying to any of my emails or phone calls. I even found out that my order was canceled only after checking the website myself. After waiting 14 days following my cancellation request, the seller still hasn't responded or refunded me.
