Jag kan tyvärr inte rekommendera Boston Hills.

Jag beställde ett par skor, men de levererades i fel storlek. Skorna saknade dessutom storleksmärkning både inuti skon och på sulan, vilket gjorde det omöjligt att kontrollera att rätt storlek hade skickats. Varan skickades direkt från Kina trots att detta inte framgick tydligt vid köpet.

Jag reklamerade omedelbart när paketet kom fram. Enligt företagets egen returpolicy ska de, när en reklamation godkänts, skicka en förbetald returetikett och instruktioner för retur. Trots detta har jag inte fått någon returetikett.

Min upplevelse är att kundservicen inte lever upp till företagets egna löften om reklamationer och returer. Jag hoppas att företaget tar ansvar och följer sin egen returpolicy.
