Great customer service and promptness! They go above and beyond.

My purchase was a replacement for a previous BOSU ball that developed two leaks on the base, not at the point of contact between the bladder and base BUT in the base itself. My first BOSU purchase occurred less than 6 months ago. Let’s hope this second purchase lasts longer than the first one.

The Bosu Surge 40 was the best part of physical therapy, so I bought my own! Now I use it at home for strength and stability training. What makes it great? It allows for multiple types of exercise, with adjustable weight, and forces you to strengthen muscles EVENLY across the body. You can’t cheat with the BOSU. It also incorporates stabilizing muscles. I would recommend it to anyone, but especially those who want to do functional training.

I ordered replacement resistance cords after one of mine snapped. Upon inspection of the new cords I noticed a flaw on one that I was concerned would result in another close call or injury. I placed a call to customer service who was happy to ship out a new pair. No hassles! Both orders were fulfilled within a week of placement.

Amazing customer service. Been buying Bosu products for a long time now, and we had one that was defective. Extremely persistent with their follow up, delivered everything they said they would to fix the problem. Much much appreciate it.

The BOSU ball is a great way to train your leg, feet and ankle muscles. I also use it for my post rebounding cool downs. I love that the company provides a vast array of workout videos so you can start as soon as your ball arrives.
Customer service is the best as they know their product line and website, and can answer any questions.
