My boyfriend bought me the backless jumpsuit and I loveeee it. It sculpts the right areas and can be worn on various outings and of course, the gym. 🔥🔥

I purchased two black one-piece suits – one long-sleeve and one backless – and I’m absolutely in love with them. They are not only stunning and sexy but also incredibly high-quality. Just yesterday, three women at my gym asked me where I got them from. I proudly told them they’re from BOTA. This definitely won’t be my last order!

Easy to find a nice outfit and easy to order.

I ordered and received a tracking email within the same week, but the link was missing, meaning there was no way to track my items. I contacted customer services, who said that my items hadn't yet been shipped. Over the next three weeks, I was in communication with customer service and it came to light that there was a problem with one of the products I had ordered, which was delaying shipping. For a company that states on their website that orders are processed within 2 -3 days and shipped between 7 and 14 days, this was very frustrating to not be made aware of earlier. I ended up missing the occasion that I bought this for and requested a refund.
The one saving grace here is that the Jesica from customer service was very reasonable and processed my full refund immediately, and although I was disappointed by the lack of products, she was very attentive and understanding. However, because there was no end in sight with this delivery, I won't be ordering again.

Awful. Scam items never came, should have avoided as ad on instagram. I am contacting my bank today and I’m reporting this company to trading standards and seeking legal advice. I’m unemployed at the moment so I have lots of free time to focus all my energy on this fraud case.

I have bought the best jumpsuits ever in my life .. I got 2 full sleeves and 5 no sleeves for my everyday wear and workout I will definitely be buying the short sleeves ones and some leggings too because the way the jumpsuits holds the body is insane!!!!!!! So happy with my order
