Scam.
They didn't send me my package, it has been over 110 days now. I have tried to contact customer support which has back and forth for months with days or weeks in between messages. To say sorry they are trying to offer me 50% my next order rather than sending me them again. They are blaming me on giving the wrong address, however I did the right address, I checked a thousand times. Now I can't track the parcel, so I sent a screen shot. It feels like they have stolen $88.

I had an awful experience with Bota. They sent me poorly made items that don’t match their sizing chart at all. On top of that, they refuse to cover the return shipping costs or issue a refund. Their customer service is unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Avoid at all costs!
