Like others have said: don't fall for it. The only positive reviews come from certificate holders because they get asked to do it by BOTS. They have great talk, but nothing ever comes of it. Transaction costs are raised without notice and dozens of bots that perform poorly are regularly removed. There is no quality control prior to the bots being put on the platform. Even as a bondholder, you think you're somewhat safe, but they engage a law firm to inform you that the interest rate will be lowered and the term will be extended. They are sneaky entrepreneurs. They are now trying to take money from people through the Seedrs round to keep their practices going. They have already raised millions in 2021 and 2022, but even that flew right out. Mismanagement. You'll have a hard time getting your money out of this app once this company goes bankrupt because the user agreement is made with a shady entity in Hungary or Slovakia. Do not do business with them. It cost me thousands of euros due to poor bots and now, even as a bondholder, you get screwed.

This company is a mess , complete scam , former employees wouldn't even invest in the company , they take your money , promise you high return which doesn't exist. It is all about marketing , please avoid if you don't want to lose alllll your money

The company is legit, it is no scam. But that's about all I can say on the positive side. I have been a BOTS customer from the start. The owners have no idea how to run a successfull company in this space. They are way too opportunistic and borderline reckless with growing their company, instead of doing that in a sustainable fashion. This caused the need for major cutbacks when the markets went down (which happens periodically so it should be of no surprise at all). They shipped incomplete and broken functionality on multiple occasions which caused large losses for customers without any proactive compensation being arranged. Also they have no focus on customers at all and no idea how to create sustainable customer relations. In short: product is bad, service is bad. Stay away from it.

Xp with reactivating old account
Hi,
I just managed to reset my account after neglected it for almost 2 yrs. I'm happy to share that:
- bots managed to hold on the (small) amount of money on that old account
- I even locked myself out due to switching phone numbers and support really reacted almost instantly with a solution.
I would say, give it a try 😉

I am a early adapter and most important is that it's very easy to use and you don't have to be active yourself. The bots are constantly working for you. Off course in times of less activity in the cryptomarket, the effect is also here, but you have to be patience

It's very easy to use. There are a lot of Bots you can choose. You find them in catagory's. You don't have follow the charts. The Bots do it for you. You have to be patience when the market is bearish.

We have indeed removed some Bots from the platform because they no longer met our requirements for Bots. For example, the coding of the bot may have been built for certain markets. If the bot then enters a different market, the bot cannot straighten itself out.
To avoid complete loss of our users, we sent a general email 2 weeks before the Bots were transferred. Did you receive it as well? This stated why these Bots would be transferred.

Bots is legit
Bots gives their customers the oppertunity to invest in automated software that trades like professional traders do. I have won a lot but not maximum at bullrides and the last bull year I have lost more then I have won but not as much as I would have because of the protection the bots provide. We all know cryptocoins are very volatile. Bots help to reduce risk. There are at times errors when stopping bots however the customer service have alway helped to resolve the problem. I am happy with the bots app and service and as a customer since januari 2021 I can vow that bots is a legitamite company and has a helpful and fair customerservice. I believe a bull springtime for crypto is coming and oppertunities to make up for loses and make good profits. Thanks for your service bots-team.

Terrible
The bots are terrible. Also, several bots "don't follow their guidelines and are therefore closed". Since these bots had a negative return at that time, I lost much of my money, because BOTS closed them automatically for me.
