AI-Native Infrastructure for Accounting Firms Accounting software moved to the cloud. But firms did not gain an operating system. They gained disconnected tools. Compliance lives in one place. Workflow in another. Knowledge in people’s heads. AI experiments sit on the edge. Governance lags behind. The modern accounting firm does not need more tools. It needs infrastructure. Enter Bots For That. We build AI-native infrastructure for accounting firms. Not bolt-on automation. Not chatbot gimmicks. Not surface-level AI features. But Infrastructure. beanieverse → The Workflow & Operating System for Accounting Firms. beanieverse standardises how modern firms operate. It connects: Tax; Payroll; Insights & Intelligence; Practice Management; Accounts Production; Client Management. It orchestrates systems you already use. It creates: Process governance; Workflow intelligence; Cross-system visibility; Measurement & optimisation; Firm-wide consistency. beanieverse does not replace your stack. It makes your stack operate like one. Where legacy vendors sell modules, beanieverse delivers orchestration. Where traditional software manages compliance, beanieverse manages the firm. houbeanie AI Gateway → The Secure, Personalised AI Platform for Accounting Firms. AI is coming into firms whether leadership likes it or not. The question is not if. It is whether it is controlled. The houbeanie AI Gateway is the control layer. It is: Secure; Auditable; Personalised to the firm; Multi-model capable; Guardrailed; Governed. It connects to: Internal knowledge bases; Practice systems; Compliance tools; Client data (securely); External AI models. It allows firms to deploy AI confidently — to staff, to leadership, to clients. Not as scattered tools. But as controlled infrastructure. AI-Native. Not AI-Added. Many vendors are adding AI features. We are building an AI-native architecture. Cloud-native transformed bookkeeping. AI-native will transform firms. Where cloud made data accessible, AI will make firms intelligent. bots for that systems are built for that shift.

A genuinely exciting product for the accounting profession

Bots For That is solving a problem most firms don’t fully realise they have yet - how to manage client obligations, data, and workflows in a post-MTD world without adding layers of complexity.

The platform brings everything together in a really intuitive way, giving a clear view of liabilities, deadlines, and risks across the client base. It feels like the kind of tool that will become essential as compliance demands increase.

Just as importantly, the team behind it understand the needs of the profession and are building with real intent.

The roadmap looks pretty exciting too so I'm definitely looking forward to seeing how the platform develops.
