I ordered a pair of pants and never…

I ordered a pair of pants and never received them.
UPS tracking shows the package was sent back to the store without ever being delivered to me.
Bottega Dalmut denies receiving it and blames UPS instead.
The result? No pants, no refund. I simply lost my money, taken by Bottega Dalmut with nothing in return.
This brand is not trustworthy and offers zero customer service despite claiming to stand for quality. Thieves!!
Stay away from their online orders!

Nightmare

Absolute nightmare. I bought two jumpers as I needed to get the right size and have since returned the one jumper (priced at £315) but this company simply ignore your emails and it’s now sat at an Italian pay office uncollected - I urge all UK buyers to avoid this company like the plague. I’ve run out of time on the PayPal dispute and now left £315 down.

It's finally been resolved after lots of chasing, but they did deduct £80 for 'customs fee' - who knows if they're correct on a returned jumper!
