Absolute scam, 3 orders none received and all my money taken

Thieves, took my money but never delivered my order now even their website has been crashed and no longer replying my emails as well.

They took my money 240$ and never received what I ordered. The keep telling me it's been received already. Watch out.

They are scammers i ordered an item in february 2025 that was not delivered but showing delivered on their and i lodged a complaint and my money was refunded and ordered another item in March 2025 and same thing happened again lying that it was delivered but never delivered and one Robert Williams promised to investigate and get back since 17th of March but never.
They are real SCAMMERS &FRAUDSTERS PLEASE DON'T PATRONISE THEM

Fake company, they keep claiming that the things are on their way but never received. THIS IS MORE THAN 2 MONTHS SINCE I BOUGHT SOME CLOTHES. They are scammers and do not even have clothes!! Sadly my boyfriend didn’t get his birthday present from this site.

Complete scam! Stay away from this website! They took my money, claimed they sent the package which never arrived, pretended that they would fix it, but never did. It has now been two months since I ordered the item and I still haven’t recieved the item nor my refund. Now I have to open a fraud claim at my bank. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this site!

Scam! They said my items been delivered but shipped it to a different address and was an empty small envelope and after He deleted all our email correspondence and completely ignored me. Is definitely SCAM

Terrible company and FAKE. Says they have delivered when they haven’t and will take your money. Avoid at all costs as these are scam artists!!!! Do not buy from this company.

AVOID AT ALL COST. SCAMMERS
I bought 3 shirt costing £312 and i was told the items was delivered on a Sunday, unfortunately Royal mail doesn't deliver in my area on a Sunday.
I tried to reach out to them but no response after waiting for 2 weeks.
They provided 3 different tracking numbers but i presumed they are all fake because i live in the UK which was on the order and the tracking number says delivered in Netherland.

selling fake cheap items at high prices presented as replicas. ive contacted them several times to issue refund however no response for last 2 weeks. Item was purchased on 5th January 2025. please avoid BOTTEGALUSSO.com at any costs as they not legit and fool clients all day long.
