As an importer and brand owner, over the years I have worked with every drink e-commerce platform available in the USA. Bottlecapps is clearly the most professional and easiest company with which to work. From my initial inquiry to customer service to working with the development team the following day, I have nothing but praise for this company. The platform looks great and is very easy to use. I've heard only positive reviews from the retailers that work with them and many negative reviews about every one of their competitors. They go above and beyond to get everything handled perfectly. We started with BOTTLECAPPS for our web app and delivery business in 2018. They were one of the first and the best companies in the market in the ecommerce delivery business. Recently, I was approached by Randy Stiles and a company called CITY HIVE to change over to them for the ecommerce business. The terms were very nice and Randy was really persistent that I should work with him as they had better technology and better rates. Well, after the first week with CITY HIVE, I realized the terms were NOT what Randy Stiles presented and besides the monthly fee there was a backdoor percentage commission on the gross sales that was not disclosed at time of the présentation. I just believed what Randy had told to me and I was totally surprised by this clause. After emailing Randy he just said I can cancel anytime so i DID. Furthermore, I realized that the sales tax rate on the was not correct as well. After sending multiple emails to support and Randy Stiles they were able to correct the rate after four long days. Sorry, CITY HIVE, you failed in sales and service. I am back with BOTTLECAPPS.

We had to part ways with BottleCapps before full implementation on a transition from our legacy provider. BottleCapps promised ease of integration with M-power and auto mapping to their web platform, including images and up-to-date descriptions and content. None of this was fulfilled. Ultimately we are able to provide a better UI experience to our customers by allocating in-house resources to do website management rather than relying on the BC team. If you have a very simple inventory, this product may be great for you, but a lack of customization drove us towards a different solution.
