Bottle broke in transit - not an issue

Ordered, and some(?) bottles apparently broke during transport. As soon as the package got back to them, they sent it again.

All in all, it was a very painless experience. If they still have something I want when the current batch runs out, I'll definitely order from them again.

Smooth Experience with a Minor Note

I placed my order with Bottle of Italy on 13 July and received it on 23 July. While I would have preferred delivery within the estimated time mentioned on the website, I chose this store because they offered a specific brand of vodka I couldn’t find elsewhere — and I’m genuinely glad I did. The packing of the products were amazing and reliable!

The product arrived in excellent condition, and the overall quality was outstanding.

A small piece of advice for future shoppers: if you need your drinks for a special occasion, I recommend ordering well in advance to account for any unexpected delays. Things happen, and I believe a bit of understanding goes a long way.

I also noticed a substitution in my order — one bottle was replaced with a very similar product. I was absolutely fine with this change, but I do think it would be better if customer service reached out in such cases, as not every customer might feel the same way.

That said, I’m fully satisfied and happy to recommend this store.

My order was shipped to a completely…

My order was shipped to a completely different country and I have tried contacting the company via e-mail multiple times to solve this issue and there is no response. So far no order and no money. They are scammers and do not care for their customers. AVOID.

Big delays in delivery, they don t commit to their promises.

They commit to ship within 2 days + 2 days shipment time. However, the receiver got the bottles after almost a month. During the process, I asked multiple times if they had an ETA, but they could not provide it, and just said that they were understaffed because of summer time... It is not professional to promise timelines that cannot be fulfilled; they should have put a notice on the website about the current status. My purchase was for a birthday gift, and I would have used another company if I had known about such delays. It was also for an address in Italy, not even abroad! I will never use this company again.

Polite and prompt customer service

The company responded very promptly, politely and efficiently to my concern about shipment timing. I will follow up once the bottle is delivered, but I was very pleased with the customer service.

Delivery very late - no update

Delivery is now 4 days late with no update from the company as to when my order will be delivered. Was supposed to be with me on 9th July - no explanation for the delay. Very disappointed with this company.

Absolutely awful

We‘re having the most awful experiences with Bottle of Italy. Our order was not delivered and we’ve been chasing our money (€150) for the past 2 months. No help. Waiting. Nothing. Absolutely awful. What kind of customer service is this? DPD failed to deliver but no help from Bottle of Italy. And still no refund.

Very Happy! Molto Felice!

I was looking for a specific bottle of gin that I had seen in Vals. I finally found Bottle of Italy. The order was processed quickly. However, due to customs and international shipping, delivery took about 6 weeks to the USA and was received in perfect order. Very reputable. Due to dealing with multiple languages, customer service is best when using email.

Cercavo una bottiglia di gin specifica che avevo visto a Vals. Finalmente ho trovato Bottle of Italy. L'ordine è stato elaborato rapidamente. Tuttavia, a causa della dogana e delle spedizioni internazionali, la consegna negli Stati Uniti ha richiesto circa 6 settimane ed è arrivata in perfette condizioni. Ottima reputazione. Data la gestione di più lingue, il servizio clienti è migliore tramite email.

Great service despite an initial hiccup

Unfortunately, some bottles were broken during shipping with my first order – these things can happen. What really stood out was how quickly and efficiently customer service responded: I received a replacement right away, and everything was handled reliably.

In the end, everything worked out perfectly, and the wine was excellent.

This was my first time ordering.

This was my first time ordering from the company and I'm extremely satisfied. The ordering process was very easy. Delivery from Italy to Vienna took just under two weeks. When I opened the box, the bottles were larger than expected, perfectly secured. I would happily order from Bottle of Italy again.
