There is a strong perfume smell on both pillows and it won't go away, not happy these are not made in the USA, so I won't purchase anything in the future, so don't need a discount coupon. But, they are comfortable and help to support my lower back/spine.

My mother was pleased with her birthday gift.

I bought a seat cushion and the design didn’t work for me. Caused me more pain. So I requested to return it in exchange for something else. I received a response quickly & was given a new seat cushion, which I love. It’s so comfortable & doesn’t slide off the chair.

Their website says easy returns. They are not offering me a way to return a cushion and refund me. I am very wary of recommending this company. Ei

3257Easy installation. Good product. I had a handyman install the product although anyone could do it; only took a few
minutes.
I like the product; is particularly nice for persons who suffer from hemorrhoids as cool water sprays on sufferer where it matters. It is also good for cleaning after pooping! It took me some adjustment as I was spoiled by earlier pulsating spray with warm water and you would pay a fortune for such a luxury. This product is reasonably priced for the consumer.

The cushion was well-made and produced great results for grandmother's posture. Thank you.

The pillow makes allll the difference in my SI joint pain!

The pillow arrived relatively quickly considering the company is located in New Zealand. The pillow has made a big difference in my ability to sit while I recover from surgery in my groin. When I received the pillow in the mail it was folded in half and very tightly wrapped in plastic. So tightly that it still has lumps in it even though I've been using it for about a week now and it shows now signs of evening out. So, I appreciate the pillow, but I suggest they not store it folded.

Long delivery time but otherwise alright

Company was quick to respond to inquiries. I would have given 5 stars but it took a long time to receive my order. It was a gift and came in after Christmas. However the recipient loved it.

Delivery was slower than expected, but the product is great; very simple and effective. Does what it's supposed to do, at a very modest price. Very pleased.

It took a while to ship, but it works, I sit more confortably. It is also smaller and more discrete than the other one I had from Amazon.

Purchased this cushion for a client that has spinal stenosis, lupus, and history of back fractures...it works GREAT for her after several attempts to find a cushion to work without pain for her....

The bottom cushion worked excellent for relieving stress on tailbone and hemorrhoid pain relief while sitting. The cutout in back allowed for additional space to reduce pressure as well. Because of the design of cushion pressure points for sciatic pain are targeted as well. This product is well made and truly assisted my recovery. Thank you! Connie

Much more comfortable sitting on floors, so far less back pain.
