It seems normal for the customer service to not received the products after 22 days.
Really poor accompaniment.
If you have a problem maybe you will receive a standard answer in the same week you asked for.
Good luck to resolving the issues with them or maybe you will in couple of months

I placed an order for the new products for curly frizz prone hair.
The order was sent very quickly I received it within a day or two. The products have made a huge difference to my hair already I am very impressed

I love Boucleme and have used it happily for many years.
However the change In Formula of the curl conditioner DOES NOT WORK for me. I use it as a leave in and now It leaves my hair dry. I am devastated, as it has taken many years to find a conditioner that works and now it has gone!!
I, in desperation bought the new seal and shield, but alas it doesn’t work either.
I am now ordering on Amazon as they seem to have some bottles left of the old formula. But I am truly gutted. I went on boucleme to see if the unisex conditioner had also changed formula but it doesn’t seem to be available any more…..
If there are any litre bottles of the old formula left, can I buy some?!

The service was great. The product was unsuitable for my hair, despite it being for “all hair types”. My hair is low porosity and easily weighed down. No matter how I use this, it leaves my hair looking greasy. I’m going back to my £8 leave in that did the job better than this. I rarely buy a high end product and doubt u will bother again.

Another 5* review for Boucleme because quite frankly that’s what their products and service deserve! I’m 52 and I don’t think I have ever stuck with a range of curly hair products for as long as I have with Boucleme. You know what you are getting with their products because they work time and time again. I can’t imagine me ever moving to another brand of products! Also I love the philosophy behind the brand and the sustainability of their products and packaging.

Jury still out. Resorted to washing my hair with regular shampoo after using products for 2 weeks as hair and scalp felt dirty.

This is always a brand that I come back to and use to the end of the bottle. My thirsty curls love the products. I ordered the new gel and wow definition held for 3 days!

Saw this product being used on Instagram by someone who had similar hair to myself - type 2a/3b curly hair. Bought product on their recommendation.
Only used once and didn’t seem to make much difference but will try a couple more times!

Such a great brand and I couldn’t live without their intensive moisture conditioner! Tames frizz and leaves my curls feeling soft and hydrated.

In love with this new conditioner! I love boucleme as a whole and always want to support them and use their products, but I had previously struggled to find the right conditioner by them. I knew the right one would come along! This smells amazing and feels so moisturising. I’ve still got some older boucleme gel and curl cream, but once I finish I’ll be ordering these new seal and shield options!

Products are great, delivery was fast but one of my products arrived leaking.

As always the parcel arrived quickly, with good tracking info, and the products are fabulous!

Lovely product no frizz since using it

I was really excited to hear about the new Seal and Shield range as I love all my Boucleme products but my jury’s out on the new products. I really find the smell off-putting -it’s too strong and sickly for me. The products are ok but so far I’ve had more problems with frizz than with the ordinary Boucleme products. I will persevere as I hope it’s just a case of adjusting the amounts and combination of products
