Very well made product. Excellent light. The product even comes with it's own tools so easy to fit to your bike.

Excellent product, easy to install and use extremely bright light and with the added feature of the alarm makes this well worth the money. I am extremely happy with it.

The Bouh SR600 cycle Torch and Alarm is a well thought-through product, and one I’ve been waiting for since I got my new bike. Leaving a bike, even when ‘securely’ locked, always left me feeling anxious for its safety. Having the extra layer of defence, with any reckless thief finding themselves tripping the smart alarm and not being able to separate it either from themsleves or the bike, is a huge slice of peace of mind for me. I’ve tested mine out and it works and I’ve not had any false alarms.
The front light is clocked at 600 lumens at its brightest. I use it on max on my night rides on forest tracks but turn it down a notch when in traffic and I always use the flashing mode during the day - it’s a life saver on small country roads.
Customer service is great and responsive if you ever need it too. You can tell I’m mega impressed with this kit and I’m very glad I bought it.

I think this is a great concept. The light works really well and so far the alarm works when tested. The quality is good and the product is very well supported. There maybe other similar products that I am not aware of - but for me this fits my requirements very well.

My experience with Bouh has been really good. They’ve been very responsive in replying to emails and given lots of good advice and tips and tricks with using the alarm.

I use the alarm every day at the train station and together with all the locks I use I have high confidence that it will be there when I get back.

I think the idea is good. However, I found it was not very intuitive to link the light back on the base. This led to some difficulty in not setting off the alarm. It led to some frustration.

The alarm does not work apart from the torch's short 'beep' when removed from the alarm/bracket. The torch light needs recharging after only a couple of hours as presumably the alarm to which it is connected depletes the battery. The torch lens mists up.
I returned the equipment and was given a replacement very quickly, but in spite of following the instructions to the letter, this product is unsatisfactory. I have the equivalent torch part in my Lezyne bike torch and the reason for buying the Bouh was for the alarm. Very disappointing and another example of rushing a product to being on sale when the R & D department haven't ironed out the errors. I won't bother to return the torch again, but neither will I recommend this product to other bike riders.

The item is a great concept and I would have given Bouh 5 stars, but for two things I discovered after arrival of the alarm torch that are a bit disconcerting! Firstly there was a plastic bag provided with the advice that this is placed over the alarm if experiencing wet weather! Secondly, a bit of sticky backed foam was posted in the package to aid assistance in securing the light to the alarm to provide a stronger "click". For a piece of equipment costing up to £125 I would have expected a more waterproof design and a more secure way of attaching the light to the alarm. The sticky foam does not remain in place long! These are clearly two design issues which I very much hope that Bouh are attempting to correct. Currently not cycled in the wet, but will report back if there is any deleterious effect on the kit when exposed to rain/damp.

Easy to set up and very effective as a deterant and the light is good too, so double top marks! And their service was excellent too with product delivery on time, well packed and in a lovely box - I know the box doesn't make it work any better, but it shows an attention to detail that is then reflected in the product design and execution.

The light is great. I have a problem carrying it safely without activating it in a pocket or rucksack. Also, should I lose the light during the day I would have the problem of getting my bike home from wherever I had left it as the alarm would sound.

Good idea but, fiddly and does not always work due to temperamental
connections between to lamp and the alarm unit.

Had this for a week or two and so far very pleased. The instructions on fitting were extremely good and the tools provided excellent.

Well made sturdy bit of kit, bit expensive but does what it says and is very easy to use.

The concept for security is a brilliant step change. The installation process is simple and effective. The videos are essential for test confirmation of the pairing between the two components. An upgrade for the light capability for up to 12 hours (night ride) would make it absolutely perfect.

I bought the SR600 torch/alarm a few weeks ago and I am absolutely delighted with the product.
The torch/alarm is beautifully designed and is very robust. Operation is straightforward and logical.
Installation instructions were very clear and easy to perform. Provision of the required installation tools was a nice touch and they have become a useful addition to my bicycle toolkit.
Your online instructional videos are very clear and well presented.
To sum up, the Bouh SR600 torch/alarm is a great product providing security peace of mind.
