I booked Boujee for a my best friends hen do. A table for 17 and paid a £170 deposit. At the time of the hen do I was notified that they were going to be closed as they were moving locations and so my booking was cancelled but they would return the deposit.
This was on 8th August. I have constantly had to chase and beg for my money back and still haven’t got it. Over a week ago, a girl called Shona rang me and actually processed a refund over the phone which I now think was a complete lie and she wasn’t processing anything because there is no money in my account 12 days later… I’ve messaged to ask about this repeatedly and I’m being completely ignored.
The phone number doesn’t work anymore either, probably because of all the complaints and other people who want their money back. It’s completely disgraceful to keep money that isn’t yours! Just do the right thing and return it.

I went to boujee for a birthday meal and was so disappointed. As i got there i was ‘welcomed’ in by a male security guard who was incredibly rude and made us feel unwelcome straight away as he took us into the reception we was greeted by 3 young girls the security guard whispered to the girl on the right and they both continuously laughed at us and gave us dirty looks and then informed one of the other girls who joined in. Straight away we felt so uncomfortable and awkward as we sat down the restaurant was run by young girls some of which were incredibly friendly but some was very rude and made you feel so unwelcome and insecure i have never wanted to leave a restaurant so quickly other than that the food was ok and the restaurant itself was beautiful such a shame as the place has so much potential but is ruined by young rude inexperienced staff
