Needed some emergency shoes on our journey- called in to Walsall and quickly sorted with the excellent help from Gurmit. Gave me undivided attention and brilliant service with a smile - thank you

Bought a gazebo unfortunately the canopy didn’t fit right at all spoke to Gavin from the rugs department sorted it out for me quickly and professionally was really pleasant about everything couldn’t have got better service he’s a credit to the store .We now have one happy granddaughter celebrating her 16th birthday in a lovely garden with a perfect gazebo thank you once again Gavin .

Fantastic service from Gurmit in the Pavers dept in Boundary Mill Walsall. She went the extra mile in customer service to locate a pair of shoes in a different colour from a different store and arranged to have them delivered for me to pick up. Much appreciated 👍

I went with my friend as he wanted to buy some slip on trainers. The lady in the Pavers Department, Sarah, was so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. He ended up buying 3 pairs of slip on trainers and he is delighted with them. Thank you Sarah for you fabulous assistance.

Visited Walsall store on Wednesday 29th May and purchased a pair of Pavers shoes. Served by Gurmit who could not have been more helpful. Furthermore she was the most bubbly, happy and friendly shop assistant I have met in a long time, clearly enjoying her job and willing to go the extra mile to help her customers.

Great service on 10th May from Gurmit in the Pavers section of Boundary Mill Walsall. She knew exactly what to offer me when I described the shoes and handbag I wanted. Her stock knowledge was impressive and she was able to find what I needed straight away.
Well done Gurmit. I hope the management appreciate your service and delightful interaction with customers.

Caroline and Mandy on Rug Trader were so helpful. Ordered a rug in a size that was not in stock, both ladies were absolutely great. Nothing was too much trouble. Never had such good service in this store nor anywherelse. Thanks ladies.

Cafe was completely disorganised, long queues 1 person serving, lots of people wandering about doing nothing. Cafe definitely needs a new manager

Absolutely disappointed , bare , very little choice. Cafe still rubbish in decor. Price of a sausage roll , pasty , cup of coffee £11-25 !!!!!!!! Really , what a rip off , as a pensioner can't really afford it. And the sausage roll was inedible, cheap and nasty filling.

Whilst waiting for an operation on my big toe have been advised to wear a carbon insole in my shoe. The soles in my shoes are stitched down so needed a pair with removable insoles. Marie at Pavers was so helpful explained what I needed and she fetched pair after pair for me to try with the carbon insole. Found a pair that suited and she fetched a pair of thin soles to go over the carbon which made the shoe more comfortable.

Then on to Brookes Taverner shirts and sweaters - Steve was very helpful. Suggesting and finding sizes for my husband.

Had a great experience today while shopping with my elderly mother at Walsall - and a big thank you to Amanda in Pavers for helping us out. Great selection and great service

Visited Boundary Mill in Walsall to look for some sandals. One of the staff working there Sarah, was super helpful and made the experience of finding the right shoe really easy. I ended up coming away with 2 pairs of sandals and some boots! Good selection of items at reasonable prices. Easy to park, and not too busy on a Saturday morning.

I have used Boundary Outlet in Sheffield quite a lot over the years but doubt that I'll continue doing so in the future. I feel that I need to share my experience to make people aware of goods that are not quite what they seem or not value for money, by this I mean fabrics used to make some items of clothing are not normally used for such items rendering them not fit for purpose.
I unwittingly bought two dress shirts for £41.99 each that I later found out could only be dry cleaned and not ironed, I mistakenly washed them and ironed them as anyone would do simply to stop them smelling and to look smart, unfortunately they both shrunk to the extent where they couldn't be worn again.
In my view shirts are worn next to the skin so often become sweaty, grubby and stained, something that dry cleaning simply cannot and would not remove, so again, my view only, items such as these need washing properly.
I reported the fact that I'd dropped a clanger by washing the shirts to the store but wanted to point out that making shirts of this material wasn't normal or appropriate.
The Outlet Manager I spoke to maintained that it was solely my fault as it was labelled accordingly and as such could only offer me a free meal in their cafe as a good will gesture which I declined.
My reason for this review is to make it perfectly clear to everyone buying items from this store or any other store to check clothing care labels before purchasing to prevent wasting your money as there are no other indications shown on racking, no recompense and the retailer will not help.
Be warned!! CHECK BEFORE PURCHASE.

Staff in this store are always proactive and cheerfully offer help. On this occasion we were assisted by Gurmit (Walsall Pavers shoes). She was patient, kind and extremely polite. We bought 2 pairs of shoes and highly recommend the service.

I went to purchase a pair of shoes from Walsall Pavers yesterday. The assistant Gurmit was really helpful and went out of her way to help me choose. She was very friendly. Well Done Gurmit. !!

Looked at rugs last night and after looking for someone for a while, I saw a young man seemingly avoid me as he looked to be hiding and moving in the opposite direction when I was trying to catch his attention, obviously i wasn't sure of this at first but once I got close enough to ask some questions, he grunted, shrugged his shoulders and said what do you want? I was shocked but slighty confused by his response so I explained again, he shrugged and said, "What do you want me to do? I'm busy" and walked away. I saw him not even 2 minutes later just stood talking to another member of staff and laughing. I went looking for someone else but gave up and I left without purchasing. Severely surprised that members of staff are ok with treating their customers like this. Management, Sort out your staff!!
