Despite seeing all the bad reviews and thinking I wouldn’t get any of my winnings from a free bonus, I actually did have it processed and in my bank within the 36 hours so I was relieved and happy with this.

Had to jump through about 1000 hoops to withdraw money. Plus the withdraw limit starts at €150!

Do not use this website won over 2000 pounds went through the withdrawal process and ended up with 60 pence in my account total scam said aye played my balance so asked for the gaming history in said they don’t support that at the minute. I deposited £20, built my way up to £800 to be told I had to wager 1,1200 before withdrawal. After making my way to 1,200; I then got my my funds confiscated after going through a lot of verifying process’. I got giving back my deposit and my £1200 was confiscated.

I have asked to close my account permanently 3 times now! They close it for 30 days and say they can’t close it permanently as that was in the contract when you join up that the maximum time you can close the account for is 30 days! SCAM company. Won 300 euros have tried withdrawing 17 times with 3 different cards and they won't send it. Their excuse is "there were technical issues" 17 times they have told me that. Bounty Reels is a deceitful and dishonest company that has terrible customer service and make it extremely difficult to withdraw money. I have had 2 out of 12 successful withdrawal attempts and those 2 took several days to process whilst funds remained in my account to tempt me to use. My real issue is that BR “siezed” over €1370.00 from my account due to an apparent active bonus. I used a bonus which i thought i’d spent and then deposited €200 to make 2 x bets. I then made the 2 x €100 bets that i wanted and one came in at just over €1000. I tried to withdraw and was told i was unable to due to an active bonus (legacy for some reason?!). I had to bet an additional €600 before i could withdraw! Annoyed with this, i did make some bets on the casino and ended uo getting my balance to €1570. I then decided to withdraw, it would only allow me to withdraw a max of €400 at a time. I submitted the withdrawal and went back the following day to check. My withdrawal was cancelled and my balance was at €200. I was in disbelief as there was no contact to see why my funds had went missing. I engaged with live chat and they stated i had wagered an active bonus stake outwith that allowed, not sure why they took the bet? This active bonus was staked before i deposited the €200 and won my bet, but because of this BR seized (stole) my funds. It was clear i deposited €200 to make the 2 x €100 bets ir i would have deposited €193! Engagement with customer support or complaints got me nowhere. The company are clearly there to take advantage if honest customers. During the dispute i have asked for multiple things, including chat transcripts and to not receive marketing messages. I haven't received all i’ve asked for and continue to be bombarded with marketing emails and messages from BR. BR seem to be rubbing salt in the wound by continuing to pester me. And to top it off, I've tried numerous times to withdraw my remaining €200 and can’t! My banks fault apparently, although i have no issues withdrawing from any other platform. Mark and avoid this terrible, dishonest and deceitful platform. There are plenty other sites available that wouldn’t dream of stealing from people. Having gambled happily and sensibly for around 30 years, with no issues or complaints, i’ve never came across anything as bad as this. I’m sure there are many others with similar stories regarding BR, so lets hope people get the message.
