Received flowers

Received flowers. There was no information about the sender. The only Bouqs contact information was a phone number that played a recording that said we had to contact them on line and then hung up. Now I get to start a search for the sender. Went from a pleasant experience to an exercise in frustration.

Order cancelled by Bouqs at the last minute

I placed an order for flowers for a funeral. At the end of the day, too late to place an order some place else, my order was unceremoniously cancelled. I now have no other options at this point. I trusted Bouqs with a such sn important moment and they failed. This is the second time Bouqs has screwed up and order of mine. I won’t give them another chance.

Extremely disappointing experience

I ordered the most expensive peony package and they were really disappointing. Only a couple opened before they ALL fell apart. Not what I expected for $175. I won't be ordering from bouqs in the future.

On the plus side, they were delivered on time.

Everything. I love looking at all the gorgeous flowers. I received some from my Angel and they are just Beautiful!!! I know this would be the place I would use to deliver flowers to loves ones from.

A bad start that finished well

Well it was both Your system send random flowers to my son when the ones that should have been sent were not available. pink and white sugar candy roses of all things. But Daryl corrected it and sent the old bouquet again now that it is available with our old message. So in some ways it was great customer service,but also, I would have wanted to receive a text or email saying I had to pick other flowers instead of the system either canceling or sending random flowers or at least ones that are similar to the first choice.

Love the options to order. Pricing is reasonable. Love that the vase is an option to include for delivery and included in the shown pricing. Lots of options for payment.

Always a fabulous and flawless…

Always a fabulous and flawless delivery. Easy to view beautiful arrangements and I love the site layout. Ordering same day flowers from this company has been extremely fast and always a seamless experience. I highly recommend trying The Bouqs Co. out.

Not a great value

Not a great value. Arrangement that arrived seemed much smaller than on line. And now I’m getting bombarded with emails.

I was overcharged and waiting for a correction

I’m still waiting for someone to call me or email me. I was way overcharged and the application of my gift credit promo was not applied even though it showed that it was applied on the website that I was using. Please someone call me back! And I don’t wanna credit for the extra $60 that I was charged. I want it to be only a $40.04 charge!!!!

Quality service/product

I have been impressed with the reliability and quality of Bouqs. I have them sent to my mother monthly and she loves getting them. They arrive in great condition and usually within a day of the estimated delivery date.
