Item charged to my credit card the very day I ordered. No delivery date ever given to me.
On line, the company pretended to be American. When I checked the charge statement for my credit card, the company showed up as HONG KONG entity. The charge posted the very day I ordered. VERY SUSPICIOUS.
After a 2 month wait and never receiving my purchase and after multiple attempts to reach " Belgravia Boutique " which resulted in ERROR boxes, and a Tracking number failure, I contacted my Credit card co.

My credit card co is refunding me the cost of this item, and is investigating Belgravia

Review provided by SanJuana Chavez.....Bad quality of 2 blouses order. Upon receipt I notified Linn with Customer Support of return. She acknowledged,in same email quoted 'exchange or return with 30 days. In NEXT sentence talked about 'protecting the environment, emissions, etc' and 4th sentence, made me 2 offers. AGAIN, on Nov 19, 2025, stressed I wanted a refund, return item. Filed complaint with Credit Card and they favored the merchant because they falsely stated they had provided me with 'return' instructions. NOT true, I reveiwed documents from merchant response-they provided Return Policy. I am HELD responsible to keep bad merchandise of poor quality rather than Beoutique Belavie provided me with a RMA, return label to return merchandise. I also notified Credit Card Co that I returned merchandise to warehouse-'refused, returned to sender'. All I am asking is for Return Merchandise Authorizatin(RMA) or return label. DO not order from this merchant, they DO NOT work with customer. Cheap merchandise made in China but their boutique is in California, total misleading the customer of 'good' quality. Very fustrustrating to be told to 'keep merchandise and gift to a love one'

I ordered 2 suits from Belavie, whose website's title is "Belavie California". The suits took almost 2 weeks to arrive, with Belavie sending multiple emails saying that they were "checking" my order carefully - which is why the shipping was taking so long.

They arrived, and were very cheaply made. So I requested to return them. They responded that they'd prefer to give me store credit, and let me keep or gift the suits.

I let them know I wasn't interested in store credit, so they responded that the best they could do is to give me 40% of my purchase back, and then I could keep the suits - OR, I could send them back, but I would need to pay $10 for each item returned as restocking fees, along with paying for the return shipment to CHINA!? AND - I would be on the hook in case anything happened during the shipping, and they would refuse to refund me.

Please do NOT buy from this Chinese company - pretending to be a California company. The merchandise is cheap, takes a long time to ship, and cannot be returned.

I paid $69.99 for a ladies pant suit. Once I saw the material, it was an immediate return. I didn’t try on, not with this appearance! The suit was not lined, extremely flimsy, thin shiny 90’s polyester look and poorly contoured. NOTHING AS PICTURED! Temu is known for cheap quality but low prices, yet this Boutique-Belavie has significantly worse quality with higher prices! This bad review is for the audacity to charge $69.99 for the horrible clothing sent out, additionally for having me pay for tracked shipping returns to China =$32 plus an additional $10 “repacking fee” $42 to return a 1.5oz package!!
( Returns are more costly because there warehouses is in China and returns must go thru customs.) If you receive damage goods, you only have 5 days to notify them to initiate the return with photos or it’s yours like it or not! Others like myself who feel ripped off have 30 days to return, and then another 10 days for them to process the return. The process is not easy. They hope you will just keep it. So get ready to wait in line at your post office, pay minimum $32+ return fee, fill out a customs information page, take pictures of your tracking receipt as proof of return to email again to Belavie and wait 30 days to hopefully receive less than half of what you paid for products that clearly deceives its customers. (I have yet to receive my refund. What a rip off! It’s been 3 weeks since I’ve initiated the return. Today is 12/4/25) 3 days of that spent going back and forth with emails of them attempting to convince me to keep the outfit for a store credit. NO WAY would I ever think of ordering from them again! I wish I would have looked up the reviews before purchasing… I live...I learn.

Unfortunately I found the negative information about an hour after ordering. Scary how legitimate this website looks and purportedly is in California but is in fact another Chinese company. Less than two hours after ordering I contacted the customer service email and requested they cancel the order. They answered that the order couldn’t be cancelled as it was “automatically scheduled for shipment.” This sounds very fishy. I either expect to get nothing or get a poor quality product. I did email back for them to include return instructions when shipped but didn’t receive an answer.

This company is a scam. Terrible product received and dress looks like a novice seamstress put it together. Cheap material and not even sure what it is… looks nothing like what was advertised. No labels or tags whatsoever. Got a 10% refund and told to keep the dress. Also shows on their website a very high rating from TrustPilot and actually has reviews posted… all glowing comments of course. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I got taken and hope no one else does!
