I ordered a pair of pants back in April and it took to get here. The pants were too small. I returned them immediately. I also paid for return money service. It’s been well over 30 days and I have not received anything from the company. I will take it as a loss and will not ever order anything else from this company. Poor customer service.
OK so, I ordered a pre-order item which made shipping take a lot longer. I reached out for an eta, and they did respond! However, that said, I love my items. Everything was exactly like the picture. The quality was as pictured. This was my first purchase with this store but I am very pleased. I will most likely spend with them again.
Order a birthday dress from this company over two weeks ago STILL HAVEN"T RECEIVED ITEM. Didn't even want to give them one star. Paid for express shipping. then when I reached out to them they took days to respond and provided me some incorrect information like they fulfilled my order. Will not order from them again.
