This company purposely sent wrong to me. My product value was £57 and I spent £30 to return that shit. They offered me to keep that with a partial 20% refund. They are scammers. They should be banned doing business in the UK.

I ordered items that were never sent to me and there is no response from biutique blank. It is a con. Do not recommend anyone buys anything from this site.

Very disappointing experience – £100 spent
I bought two pairs of cowboy shoes at £50 each, spending £100 in total. When they arrived, I was extremely disappointed. The sizing is very small and the quality is poor, certainly not what I expected for £50 a pair.
There was no return label provided. I have tried calling the telephone number, but it just rings and nobody answers. I have also contacted two different email addresses and received no reply.
The company states that it is based in Birmingham, but I have been unable to get any response or straightforward assistance with returning the goods.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. I simply want to return both pairs and receive my refund.

Avoid this company, ordered a cardigan it was about 2 X smaller than I ordered. No returns label in the bag.

Took weeks for item to arrive and then it was far too small, after it advertised true to size.
Return option is to post back to China at my expense? No.
Take take a discount off another item. NO.
Refund 20%, the only option really as I would never order from them again.
Now my husband has a jumper that doesn’t fit!!

BEWARE VERY DIFFICULT TO RETURN ITEMS
Ordered two items which did take longer than expected to deliver. Unfortunately, one item did not fit and the other was not colour or quality expected. I looked for return details and there was none in the package and I had to go on to 'Shop' App to find it. Their Refund Policy does not give any return address - but an email address. The Refund Policy also states "Refund. Once the parcel arrives and passes inspection, we process refund." They only give refunds on faulty or damaged goods, or if they send the wrong items. However, it does say that the Customer pays return postage! I was prepared to do this BUT when I got a reply email about returning the goods, they stated I would have to send it back to China ... by courier and tracked and they also state "international shipments always carry a small risk of not reaching our warehouse due to customs regulations"!!!!
The address and phone number in Birmingham is just a warehouse!
They did offer a 25% refund or 50% store credit.
Just another little note - I looked up the company on Companies House and they are associated with Exon Group Ltd - the company status is "Dissolved".

Do not buy from this company based in CHINA. I bought a jacket, really badly made and cheap material. I tried to return and they insist on you paying return costs to CHINA. Or accept 20% refund, which I never got.
