DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!
Ordered a dress the beginning of November and still not arrived.
Tracking is a lie and changes weekly, my item was at the airport awaiting flight 3 weeks ago but today it’s saying I ordered it 2 days ago and it’s awaiting packaging.
Customer service is non existent…..
they can keep my money, I won’t be ordering again.

I Recently Purchased some garments From you two are the garments arrive today. Very disappointed. The pink one is way too big, even though it says small, I’m a size 6 to 8 and these were way too big and would like to return these and get a refund. I’m not sure how many more garments I have ordered but will see what happens if somebody could contact me please. Thank you Tina Could I please have a return address thank you

Ordered 3 weeks ago today

Ordered 3 weeks ago today, no order confirmation email and it's still processing. Submitted a ticket and still hasn't been replied to. Trying to cancel the order is a headache... reported to trading standards for fraudulent activity.

Delivers to Russia

My girlfriend lives in Russia, and I live in the UK. I've been wanting to buy her just anything as a gift, but for so long I couldn't. I came across Boutiquefeel one time while looking for places I could buy clothes with GBP and ship to Russia, and they said they could. I ordered a hoodie for her with expected shipping costs (about £8), and just over a week later, she'd received it. Definitely gonna buy more for her as presents
