Missing item in order

**Updated** They did eventually send the missing item, plus a few freebies, which I really appreciate. But, the original order was a gift for overseas friends and by that time it was too late to send in time for Christmas. I've updated my rating as it is a small business and they did address the situation, but I would order with extra time just in case.

What I received was lovely, however my order arrived incomplete and despite emailing about this two days ago, I am still waiting for any response.

Disappointed.

Hidden Gem

Just found this hidden gem via Facebook and made my first purchase. Arrived today having been informed by email of specific date and time. This is an amazing little shop and there is something for everyone and reasonably priced. Would definitely recommend for anyone cruising, birthday, or just treat yourself gifts.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, personal and friendly. So much care had been taken in the packing and my purchased much quicker than I anticipated.

Gorgeous earrings arrived and were even better than the pictures

Would highly recommend this site for that special personal touch!
