Only one star! Disappointed!
Only one star, I am afraid! Before ordering a number of printings from famous paintings, I wanted to make sure that they are not rolled to fit into a tube, but placed plainly into a regular box. The Musée team agreed and asked to place the order. I paid, of course, and I got the printings rolled into a tube. It is hard to unrolle them without damaging given the high density of the paper. I am in contact with the team to see how I can return them and get reimbursed.

Everything worked fine until dpd took…
Everything worked fine until dpd took oder the Parzelle. They were unable to find the adress and i had to pick up my parcel from a Point quiet far away. Not your fault, but i‘d suggest to use UPS or German DHL for sending parcel to germany.
