Absolute scam - Defective materials and horrible customer service

Avoid this store at all costs. I ordered a bag from them that was advertised as high quality, but it is nothing more than cheap chemical garbage. After minimal use, the zipper completely broke. When I contacted them on WhatsApp to complain, their response was an absolute joke. They literally told me to change the zipper myself and offered to send a spare part ONLY if I made a 'future order'! To make matters worse, they even tried to compare their low-quality production to brands like Louis Vuitton to justify their defective materials. They have zero professionalism, zero quality control, and zero respect for their customers. Save your money and do not trust them. Complete waste of time and money.
