Customer service must be improved!!
My wife and I went to the shop in Amsterdam and the employees were not helpful at all (we received a "I'll be back in 1 minute" and never came back, we went home empty handed because the shop was closing and we couldn't find what we were looking for, finally we had to shop online
May be able to help the customer if he/she asks a question is a good idea
