I would highly recommend Bowerbirds and Ali for her interior design services. Her assistance in developing my ideas and my imaginings into exactly what I wanted as the reality, was first class. My constant requests for samples were never an issue. The curtains (Sanderson Thistle Garden) are really lovely, stylish and absolutely amazing! So well made and exactly as I imagined them to be. Needless to say these curtains have received so much praise and admiration. And, of course, so has my leather Tetrad Beaton buttoned chair and matching Ickworth footstool. Very pleased with the process and everything. Thank you.

We have recently purchased two bespoke sofas from Bowerbirds which are of great quality and perfectly compliment our newly refurbished lounge. Ali has been extremely helpful providing different choices for style of sofa, customisable options, different types and colours of fabric. This has enabled us to really fine tune the design to ensure that it meets our needs.
We would absolutely recommend Bowerbirds to anybody who is looking for home furnishings from a local business who provide excellent service.

Reupholstered four chairs, which gave us a chance to make each one of them unique! Ali was very patient with us, matching fabrics together, and kept us updated throughout the process. We are very pleased with the quality of the chairs, they are so comfy and everyone compliments them on how beautiful they are :)

From what started as a need to replace our sofas to a complete revamp of the living and Dinning Room Ali has been there every step of the way and helped make it a wonderful experience.

Two lovely sofas, comfy, the perfect fit and eco friendly with the added beifit of not only being able to chose the material and colour but to have our other furniture covered to match. Follow this up with the help and support to find some amazing complementary curtain material a bespoke curtain pole and custom made accessories the room is looking and feeling amazing. Thank you Ali for your help support and advice it made the whole thing such a pleasure and hassle free.

We had been looking for sofas for three years and accidently came by Ali's shop on a visit to Chelmsford. We are super happy with our sofas. Ali advised on what would suit us best with colour scheme and more. She went out of her way to ensure we got what we wanted and had our loveseat was made to size. Everyone who visits tells us how comfy the sofas are and the quality is outstanding. I would highly recommend this store not just for sofas but advice and other items like lighting and rugs which is our next step.

The showroom is a breath of fresh air and inspiring colour combinations. Alison knows how to put colours together and as an interior designer is well placed to advise and is really helpful. I got a Tetrad snuggler -it’s SO comfortable! I totally love it! The furniture is a bit different from most box store shops and you can get cushions, rugs and lamps etc to match. Alison was incredibly helpful with advice and was flexible on delivery. I would definitely buy from Bowerbirds again
